New addition!

We finally got our fingers out of the soil and bought ourselves a car. Jeep Cherokee, '99 model. Hopefully it will be our trusty companion for years to come - knock on wood, fingers crossed, and all that. The woman in the picture bears no resemblance to the lady of the house, and any similarity is purely coincidental and highly unintended.

The vegetable garden is really starting to pay off now, and we are self sufficient with salads every day. Crunchy, fresh and great!

Ronja has given the last of her front teeth to the tooth fairy! She has a very cute lisp now, and looks like a proper soon-to-be schoolgirl. And the tooth fairy paid well, too!

The Paynes broke free...

...for 12 days, and went to visit Grandad Rob in England and Grandy Sandy in Portugal - with the fabulous company of Jody, Becca and cousin Conrad!
